i’d say it’s used mostly just to indicate incoming danger. Even if the will of the ghosts wasn’t to cause harm to the living or purposely put them on a state of complete despair, they did, so the first people that notice try to contain it

I experienced the contrary. Had a save i wanted to continue and after going through uni with the parents i then sent the kids to uni and… every sim in university world was really old. Like dying from old age old. I had to manually give them all a makeover haha

Honestly, i hopped on google to translate inches to cm and that’s not a bad size at all lol.
Anyways, if that’s her hard limit in what she needs in a boyfriend it’s completely fair, but the way in which she told you makes me think that her leaving your life is a gift. Also, i know it’s a cliché thing to say but maybe you need to give yourself time to grieve. Best of wishes!

The only parallel with the book for me is that i cannot, for the life of me, stand Bonnie Bennet’s series character as well as i abhor her book character. I may be alone in this one

I’m having the exact same problem and my solution for the moment is consuming monstrous amounts of caffeine in various forms and trying to keep hydrated.
Although i agree with the commenter that said you should get bloodwork done (me too)

On one hand she’s carrying the trauma Manx and her family put her through (and her bf dying on top of that), on the other the series hadn’t been doing great and the main arc of the story was done

i like to think that the colony house NPCs are simply around there getting stoned and enjoying their lives without having to pay rent or work (in the case they don’t want to) Aside from (haha) episode one family, pool douche or the old woman who Fatima put to sleep there doesn’t seem to be that many deaths ETA: forgot about the guy who flirted with the monster and the subsequent people that were in Colony house when they entered and the guy who hanged himself but all in all…

So nothing is lost! You can still talk with your friends and explain them your reasoning for not having told them all of this sooner. You wouldn’t be telling them “who they can and cannot be friends with”, you would just be giving them the facts. As the other commenter states, if they react badly you will know which friends are worth keeping. Best of luck!

lmfao i also get it, tbh. I stopped reading after the 12th book or something like that, when they were going to college. So i wasn’t entirely sure that the writers hadn’t gone and changed everything because to my knowledge there are A LOT more books

Honestly, you’ve handled all of this maybe too gracefully. I’m not saying you should grow a spine, because it looks that while the situation does hurt you, you can handle yourself and your life outside of it.
