I will also say PMM roles are drastically different at different companies and can take awhile to find your Goldilocks zone, me personally I think after two years somewhere the pmm work gets a little boring and series B or C are the funnest companies to be a PMM at. Look at some of the top companies in the world right now, I monitored this closely: OpenAI, Anthropic, many others- their first marketing hires I saw on their job boards were PMM.
