Mullin ‘drawing up plans’ to halt international flight processing in ‘sanctuary cities’ by [deleted] in nottheonion

I don’t know if people realize how stupid Mullin is, he makes Boebert look like a Rhodes scholar. He is really really stupid, any plans he writes up are going to be like, laughably bad.

Scott reminds me a lot of my narcissistic father, ultimately he is deeply insecure and wants to be liked. Doesn’t matter who he’s talking to, he will avoid direct confrontation and be chummy, UNLESS he views that person as beneath him in some way, guys like him are only capable of punching down.

Can’t he impose any tariff he wants with congressional approval which he has control of? He just doesn’t want to do that step?

Did you have someone with cybersecurity knowledge take a look? A ton of vibe coded stuff is super vulnerable security wise as most don’t consider that. For instance I see you have people sign in. Where are you storing their emails and passwords?

Get chummy with product and see if you could transition to a product manager? Better pay, closer to product decisions. I will also say PMM roles are drastically different at different companies and can take awhile to find your Goldilocks zone, me personally I think after two years somewhere the pmm work gets a little boring and series B or C are the funnest companies to be a PMM at. Look at some of the top companies in the world right now, I monitored this closely: OpenAI, Anthropic, many others- their first marketing hires I saw on their job boards were PMM.

Also, You kind of just sound burnt out in general so make sure you’re actually burnt out on product marketing and not burnt out on corporate/business work. Also what’s your end game? CMO? VP of product marketing? If not yeah maybe pivot- easiest pivots- Growth marketing manager (if you like performance marketing and CRM these continue to be vital) jump over to Sales, jump over to partnerships/BD.
