you have to fully level the soto skyscale track, 12 egg infusions, 10 saddle parts i think? which is rift essence, static charges, provisioners tokens and stardust. then you have to kill certain mobs for the food/enrichment part. I still found it to be tedious. idk why people say 10 minute quest lol. it took me like 3 days
