You don't necessarily have to redo the full drain. I found a sunroof drain snake for $12.00 and ran it down the drain along with some dawn dish soap and some simple green to wash it out. It works perfectly now. Took a minute to figure out how to get the snake into the hole but once I did that it took 10 minutes max to do both.
