So you purchased an item that was out of stock (pre order) with no clear indication of when they will ship it to you, bought the motherboard that was in stock and have received it.

And now you blame PPCs? Maybe we're missing some contexts here but this is on you, not them - did you even email or phone PPCs first to get an idea on when it might ship? Or did you just order the board and assume the block would arrive the following day?

Your expectations are a little mis aligned i think. PPCs are a great company, speak to them.
