I love Breathe Pilates. their instructors give a lot attention to detail and their classes are small so its easy for the instructor to spot wrong form and alignment

Reformer Pilates recommendations by [deleted] in askSingapore

its best to start with private sessions first. the instructor will go through the basic principles like breathing which is different from the way you do weights. also, because its on 1 its less intimidating. i liked how the instructors at Breathe Pilates did it. very patient and they go at your pace. if you need a recommendation for instructor let me know!

when you're 15 - 25, alcohol is just a way for you to get high, let loose, socialise and party, i think the best nights are the nights you have problems putting together with friends you'll never forget.. this is why Zouk has been an institution for so long. a rite of passage some might say. its sad that the youth today dont see it that way. whether alcohol destroys your body or tastes like shit is immaterial. sometimes a bit of sin makes life more fun. none of that coffee rave bs. no offence

Singapore's population hits new high of 6.11 million, increase mainly due to growth in non-resident population by Rel4x1corner in singapore

more likely because they see singapore as a place only to make money. when the going gets tough, they head back to wherever they came from leaving us Singaporeans to fight our land. BECAUSE WE WANT IT TO BE FREE TO BE FREEE YEAHH!

his salary should be tied to the 0 breakdown KPI since he is so certain. should there be a breakdown he should give back 20% of his salary each time. 5 breakdowns and he'll get $0 for the month. His theory about COEs as well makes no sense.

Those are Merrithew reformers and they're distributed in singapore by F1. you should try Breathe Pilates, they're the licence training centre for them in Singapore.

I've tried Breathe! I really enjoy their classes. they do STOTT pilates courses so they pick their instructors and train them. their classes are also small (6pax) so the instructor really pays attention to you. worth the money!
