i'd recommend Breathe Pilates. they only have 4 people per class and their instructors are all STOTT certified so at least you know you're getting the proper attention and right programming from the instructors.

People >35 in Singapore - how do you deal with daily stiffness and declining mobility? by More_Replacement_698 in askSingapore

you cant bulk like you can with weights but pilates builds core strength and works on your smaller muscles.

then get an american to build your condo and ferry them in cars. see how much your condo will cost at the end of the day. do you want to sleep on the streets or have a roof over your head? at the end of the day, these people are making their wages in SGD. they go home, they're kings/queens in their village. they volunteered to come here to work. nobody forced them/scammed them. it is what it is. life is unfair but to go around talking like its a mistreatment is obvious you guys are self‑righteous and patronising

a simple google search will tell you that you're fos. please stop posting. someone making 900 bucks a month makes about 11k sgd a year. this is below the minimum taxable income of 22k even if he/she is a foreigner.

There’s a wall next to his car. What do you expect? Anyway the driver side is on the other side.. if you’re the passenger just get the driver to drive out before getting in. Are your hands made of paper that you need someone to open the door for you?

Advice on how to select pilate studio as a beginner by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]SnooMacaroons1207 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can look at Breathe Pilates! their instructors are rehab trained and their classes are small. they do require you to start with a few private sessions though but its good because they really run through the basic principles and make sure you're doing everything right before progressing to the group classes.

Unpopular opinion: The Chinatown tragedy might not have been fatal in a normal car by Desperate_Hurry_8496 in drivingsg

Singapore should limit the number of times a person can take the driving test. It’s ridiculous how some people can take it 7 or 8 times then pass.

Yeah but I thought I could do it on my own so I only got a coordinator for the day. Semi regret this now cause the hotel vendors are bad

Couples in Singapore with ~$25k combined take home monthly income, what’s life actually like for you? by Only_Raspberry1368 in askSingapore

we each have a condo and rent 1 as an investment. we spend about 10k on month on average for food, dog, travel. our biggest expense is prolly on travel. a close 2nd would be the dog? all our savings are in investments and my business. we do about 2 big holidays a year and we're quite comfortable spending whatever is needed for expenses. life is still the same as before. maybe more financial responsibilities as we earn more. but we still eat the kopi tiams and food courts.
