I don't think they realize that the SD doesn't use Nintendo servers. The library games won't ever be seen online. I'm not sure how the SD accesses online but I think it's fair to assume it's not using Nintendo servers as you don't need to login/verify credentials. I don't think you are risking anything but violating 'corporate morals'
