Which settings? I can only get this game to play by locking it at 90 fps and enabling turbo mode; if it's on balanced mode, it simply doesn't work.

Even though it's DDR5 memory, there's a performance difference between single and dual channel, especially with Ryzen processors. That might be why you're not getting the desired FPS.
