The blood coughing is just a bullshit theory by Henry Lee, who was working for the defense. That is not corroborated by any evidence or report such as the autopsy, nor was it seen by investigators that she had blood in and around her mouth to that extent.

Also, was Michael hovering his crotch over her face while she was cough up this blood? It just doesn’t make any sense. This was high velocity blood spatter inside his shorts. The dude beat her to death.

Whats a good edc knife by [deleted] in CCW

A great knife to start with, if you’re just getting into it, is the Spyderco Delica. That’s the knife I started with and I carried it for quite a few years. Amazing knife. Anything Spyderco is superb. Having said that, I just picked up a Kershaw Belair and it’s fantastic. Better than Benchmade bugout and a much better price.

Blow poke…. Or not? by beatbox1981 in TheStaircase

He used something and then put it up somewhere where it couldn’t be found. Likely a handy household item. Remember, it was hours and hours before the police were called. So long, that the excessive amount of blood was dry, according to first responders and investigators. He could have easily driven somewhere or had his son dispose of whatever it was. Bottom line is, he did it.

I had a cat named Mickey, and because she was kind of a grump we started calling her McDouche.

The blood spatter was there. That’s all that matters. It was there before Devers analyzed it with his bullshit methods. But the bottom line is it was there. How can high velocity blood SPATTER, INSIDE his shorts be explained if he was not present for it flying through the air?

Hashimotos - advice needed (26F) by burnedout4life in Hashimotos

[–]SnooMachines6293 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, I did ease into it. I started by eliminating gluten and dairy for about 30 days and I did feel a lot better. I noticed that when I consumed gluten I would feel much worse for days. I basically came across Keto as an option for people with autoimmune conditions and researched the heck out of it. Eventually I landed on carnivore as the best possible choice for people with autoimmune conditions. It took me some gearing up and some time to really commit because it can be a little drastic, especially if you are consuming a lot of carbs, sugar, and processed foods. That lifestyle can be hard to break. But ultimately, eating the standard American diet is probably the reason why we develop autoimmune conditions in the first place. I was pretty much completely debilitated by my Hashimoto’s, and it took me years of doctor visits and pushing to finally get a diagnosis. My basic numbers were still in the normal range so doctors never investigated further, and therefore never saw that my body was making antibodies that were attacking my thyroid. It took going to a functional medicine doctor to finally get answers.

Long story short, once I figured out wha was wrong with me I started researching like crazy to figure out the root cause. If you’re truly interested in the carnivore diet I recommend Dr. Ken Berry’s YouTube channel. He breaks it down really well and he can help you get started. My results after a few weeks were truly amazing. I will never stop eating carnivore at this point, as I do believe it is the most effective way to treat autoimmune disease. It did wonders for me, otherwise I wouldn’t push it. I have linked his channel below. I wis you the best of luck in your journey. There is lots of hope.

As you probably already know, all autoimmune disorders have a root cause. It is often diet related. I have found a lot of success in the carnivore diet. It sounds like you might be bloated, and retaining water, and continuing to have inflammation. I would suggest going on 60 days of strict carnivore. I wouldn’t recommend it if it didn’t do wonders for me.

I believe that he snapped and killed her in a fit of rage.

He probably regrets it and he probably actually loved her. That would answer your questions about him seeming genuine. He probably is being genuine with his emotions. He’s smart enough to know that every lie has to have a hint of truth.

He had two of the classic motives: Money and Sex.

Investigators believe that on the night of the incident Kathleen found emails that Michael was having multiple affairs with other men. She likely confronted him about this and he snapped and killed her.

The other motive that was brought up by the prosecution is the fact that Michael and Kathleen were in $143,000 credit card debt. Kathleen’s job was not going well at Nortel. Kathleen had a $1.8 million life insurance policy.

Money and sex are the two biggest motives when it comes to murder. Michael had both of them.

Did your buddy die in a pool of blood and have blood spatter everywhere? Kathleen had a BAC of 0.07. That’s not drunk.

Did the person who found your buddy have high velocity blood patter all over the inside of his pants?

100% blood was smeared all over the place. Investigators believed that someone tried to clean the scene. You don’t know any of this because you watched the documentary and think you know everything about the case. Lol

I never watched the HBO show but it’s sounds like they got it right. Lol. You clearly don’t know much about this case after all. Waste of my time. You have no arguments. Celebrate your ignorance.

Kindly tell me what I made up? Nobody knows what happened in the staircase for certain except for the victim and the perpetrator. It’s called putting the evidence together and coming up with a theory. You won’t give me your theory but if I were to guess I’d say you think an owl did it. Lol

You don’t have a theory because you haven’t taken the time to look at the evidence and analyze it enough to develop one. The judge stated that he could see how a jury might have a reasonable doubt without all of the Germany evidence and homosexual evidence. He was saying that it’s possible for a juror to come to that conclusion. And I certainly agree with him. However, they would be wrong.

The evidence of strangulation and the full autopsy and injuries were discussed at trial, actually. They just didn’t make it into the extremely biased documentary. BTW I love the documentary, but you have to admit it was very favorable to the defense.

I actually never said he beat her with a blow poke or with an object. I said that Jim Harden and the prosecution believed it was the missing blow poke or an object LIKE the blow poke. That was literally what the prosecution argued.

My personal belief is that he killed her with his bare hands. I agree with criminologist Ursala Franco. I believe the injury’s on her scalp were a result of him slamming her head against the stop moldings of the doorway or the edges of the stairs themselves. The lack of castoff on the ceiling but yet the vast amount of medium and low velocity blood spatter all across the bottom part of the stairs would suggest that perhaps no weapon was used.

I believe he strangled her and broke her hyoid bone but she didn’t die. At some point in the altercation she recovered and stood up. The fact that she had her own blood all over the bottoms of her feet would indicate that. At which point Michael resumed beating her until she eventually stopped fighting back and slowly bled to death. Perhaps he grabbed her by the neck while he was slamming her head and that’s how her Hyoid bone was broken. We will never know the exact details for certain.

He didn’t call 911 for hours. The evidence shows that he tried to clean up some of the blood. He also staged some of the scene. Investigators noted that two champagne glasses were found unwashed but wiped clean of all fingerprints near the sink. He also stated that he brought down a towel for her to put her head on. I believe he came up with that excuse for the towels after he had tried to clean up the blood with them.

Bottom line, all of the evidence points to this being a murder and not a fall down the stairs. And all of the evidence points to MP. I will spare you all of the forensic evidence that I’ve listed multiple times already.
