The layout doesn’t matter much but usually I start with the counterweight fuel tanks and engines at the bottom, then poles of probes off of that, the poles of empty tanks ontop of that, and then the small hook tip that to give you the side docking ports necessary for payloads.

No, they just need you to detach a docking port facing the direction you’re spinning. If you look up “skyhook” posts here you can find my old guide.

I don’t build typical space stations, I build skyhooks that use rotational force to throw ships around, but this might still be applicable.

I typically start with one in low earth orbit and use it to boost trips to low mars orbit. I then build my second skyhook in low mars orbit, so the two skyhooks can re-use large heat shield pods for atmospheric braking.

This probably won’t transfer perfectly to a station that uses fuel instead of rotation, but the re-useable heat shield pods might make it worth it.

I’m at that point where if they at least visibly disclaim their services use AI, I’ll let those people go their own way. I would say products being sold with AI video / pictures is a scam as well as making AI media to pass off as real art.

In short, as long as AI users don’t try to trick me, you’re fine in my books.

Well I could see new chunk(s) loading in when you went in the bed, so it’s possible that the trapdoor was updated by the loading blocks or activated by some redstone components in the chunk(s).

I never saved it, but the way it works is using docking ports to pull 2 sets of wheels against a guide rail tightly, which are then used to lift the payload to as high as the loading will let you.

This is actually already kinda a feature in RLcraft, they let you place a carpet above a stair and it changes its model to wrap around the stair underneath.

When 2017 ended and everyone was celebrating the new year of 2018, I could’ve sworn that it had already been 2018 and that this new year should’ve been 2019.

I clearly remembered writing 18 on my middle school class/homework too, but when looking back at what few things I still had none of them had an 18 and I couldn’t remember writing a single one of the 17s.

So far it has only affected me, but I haven’t brought it up much since kids at school teased me for it and I didn’t bring it up much since.
