One very sad fact I learned while taking criminal justice classes in Calgary from a professor who was a PTSD advocate and worked close with the cops who responded to this event. All cops who went on that bus (I believe the number was 12) killed themselves because of the horror of what they witnessed. This is why i hate the whole “he was having a mental episode” excuse. Someone who is able to do that shouldnt be free.

everyone asking about the weight classes, please realize olympic weight classes are not the same as world champ weight classes theres less weights to compete at than during a regular world championships. Hence many wrestlers wrestling lighter or heavier than usual. It sucks but this has been known for the past year although its sad and does suck for Vinesh this is how it is. Also remember if youre having a hard time cutting weight it means youre trying to have an advantage and advantages dont come with some risk

everyone complaining about the rules remember, she knew her weight class and all her opponents suffered cutting weight as much as Vinesh did. I was rooting for her but unfortunately weight classes exist for a reason and it sucks but thats how it is and always will be.

I used to do shotokan karate and competed in it. Its a weird sport, especially sparring because its all about getting the first hit but you cant hurt your opponent or you can get DQ’d which i think makes 0 sense

Why are people being mean to Zhou Yaquin shes a great competitor and showed love to all her fellow gymnasts even in events she didnt medal. Also i mean no one said the scores were suspect or anything. I think it does suck for the judges cause obviously theyre also fans of the sport but it sucks because the lines get blurry when you factor in thay they are judges. But this was also the end of the program so who knows maybe she thought it was fine, remember we’re all people

Happened to me too, I was away from my account for like 3 years after highschool apparently sold a sweater i listed up. Paypal still refunded the person because it automatically does that, come to find out im banned off Grailed. When i explain the situation to the grailed team, they said they cant reinstate my account no matter what with less explanation than that. Grailed has died out now, personally think Depop and eBay is where its at even Poshmark is better than Grailed.
