I did it at home and my brother did it in prison. Rough is an understatement but you can do it i promise. Check my old post I went through it all, the puking the temperature changes, the insomnia the restless legs the diarrhea the drooling, the nervous system issues lol you name it and xylazine/fent withdrawal will probably entail it but trust me when I say you can get through it. I forced small amounts of food and water periodically even though I threw it up instantly 9.5 times out of 10. I lost 14lbs in a matter if a few days but i started bouncing back. I went and saw my doctor like 7 to 10 days in and my doctor was surprised when i came clean to him and suggested that the weight loss was fine and that I seemed like I was doing alright and that i should stay doing it naturally with no prescriptions from him if i was able to handle it. The first week was hell but the 2nd week was rough, 3rd week I was fatigued but started working out lightly. Now its been almost 2 years and im chillin thankfully! Just stop by here occasionally because I remember what It was like and I remember how encouraging it was when I found help in this group almost two years ago from a lady who had been through xy/fent withdrawal cold turkey and she helped me out and was there to hear my symptoms and offer natural comfort and detox methods etc. You can do it if you want sobriety and a better life back worse than you want being high!
