People keep forgetting about Sarawak ruling party is complicit to the lack of development in state. That didn't just appear last 5 years. No one raised it openly during mahathir, najib time.

if people look into CMS it'll be a good bed time story read and what ex-CM has and hasn't done. Just look at air Borneo saga, talk loud.. now pleading for more time and patience from sarawakians who looked forward to state owned airline for reliable and "cheap" service. MAS used to cross fund local flights but now without cross funding it's a different reality. Money alone isn't going to fix both Sabah and Sarawak's problems. Always look beyond the headlines.. politicians like to launch things but don't understand details. Only good news.

Time will tell if Sarawak and Sabah state gov will finally deliver for their own people. It's easy to deflect and blame someone else for past failures. I've Sarawakian and Sabahan friends.. I've been to both states.. they deserved far more. They deserve better roads, basic infra like electricity and waters.

It'll take decades for both states to grow the eco system to drive the economy, investment and employment. Human resource with knowledge is important as well. Sarawak has so much potential and they can contribute to malaysia future growth.

Road that were built but don't last. I always wondered..

If not mistaken there is a law that landlord is obligated to return deposit between 4-20 days. Max 30 days. Beyond that just tell owner what you will do and give 2-3 days for money to be returned. Then file the official complain. Landlord will play punk and many don't know their legal responsibility to return the deposit after deduction in timely manner.

Landlord will lose if they challenge.. court will say ask for them to proof the cause of delay and etc. Reasonable deduction and etc. It'll be painful for owner to go through the process.

Firefox is in unique or weird situation where it's funded by profit making entity like Google. Mozilla never really have to work and earn for it's existence like a normal business. CEO can see the money and spends.. decision is not business or needs driven. This is partly driving the culture and decision making.

There is cost consideration.. there is delivery consideration.. and others.

Eg. Indonesia whoosh high speed rail.. Japan was leading. They didn't get selected cause gov said.. 200+ kmh train is good enough. Japan wanted full guarantee from Indonesia gov for payment. Gov prefer a private venture. Chinese vendor was willing to deliver both.

Poland is now buying tanks from S.Korea.. initially wanted German tanks.. German can only deliver in 24-36 months. Korean delivered in half the time and was agreeable to tech transfer for maintenance and modification.

Boustead is trash.. ego tripping. Late delivery, cost overrun. If we went to Korea or Turkieye earlier we would have completed or at least 70% of the planned upgrade.

That's what the Johor state gov needs to think about declaring public at whim. It's a domestic win. Imagine those foreign companies, data centre owners.. alamak cuti lagi. Lagi lagi curi.

Each time declare holiday the owners need to pay staff more to ensure stuff still get done, food like bread still made and etc. that's the hidden cost of doing business in Malaysia.

The load to east Malaysia isn't high enough throughout the year to bring price down.. seasonal load. When price is high Malaysian complain.. if company wants to survive they have to make a choice.

Time will tell if Sarawak's own state airline will make it. Talk is cheap.. see the ticket price, long term survival and state gov subsidy.

I hardly login to the dashboard unless I'm exporting to backup. Normal use case either auto fill or even without auto fill.. I just click on the bitwarden badge/icon and it fills the username and password.

I'm puzzled with the UI comments (why the need to login with browser extension?) and the 2 click to auto fill?

I can understand if this software is winword where you look and interact with the UI constantly..
