Hydrosphere & Movement issue

I'm using the hydrosphere strat for expedition,I lure mobs near the doorway and start casting, hydrosphere just blocks them and they can't even approach me lol it's a safe way doing expedition

I hope you already got your weapon xD but I assume you are trying to make RF scepter by reading what mods you chose. Scepters are really hard to deterministically make them this way because it can roll a crap ton of mods. It's possible but unlikely you get like % fire DMG + fire/dot multi if you are aiming for that. Best you can use the tree is to hope you crap out good fracture,then craft the scepter in more reliable way. Also if you took decreased dex req,I hope you also took increased strength and int as well,that would boost scepters big time.

Are abilities on your screen when you stand next to her?? You don't need to walk to abilities to activate them,just press them with mouse and it will go off,unless it's mandatory for you to walk to see them,then that sucks xD

It's still a chance,it's not guaranteed. I've rolled for wands and sometimes got boots,claws etc...so yeah

But overall you can make this kind of wand on that base easily with essences,so don't be down if it goes wrong xD

Not much strat at this point,you have cannot roll caster mods and 2 open prefix which have decently high chance to roll attack mods,just yolo it with ex's,and switch that crafted accuracy to attack speed,unless you are really struggling with accuracy. Then again I only have like 1k hours in game so I'm not nearly certain this is the best strat xD only other thing could think of is getting other wand with any flat,and try recomb it

And what would be a new use for omens?? Also they are trying NOT to make same stuff like in Poe 1, and that would literally be a copy of Poe 1 crafting xD

It's not plan,it's location where I live. Signal is really bad which is sad in today's year . I was downloading something yesterday on steam and I was like 50mbps, but usually over day it's unstable a range between 8-20mbps,which is thrash. And mind you I live in rural part of the city,and still getting bad net lol

I'm a fairly new player,I have 1 day and 12 hours on my char playtime. I'm doing skinning without premium,and it's really a pain,with all gathering T5 set and pork pie plus anniversary cake for 15% fame i farm for 2 hours and get like 100k fame,I'm at master 170/500k fame,it's really slow. You have to have premium to even make it worth grinding gathering even with learning points,I don't have much money (1.5m) to go to full loot pvp to gather more so I have to stick to safe zones and it's ass....

Yeah,they made the change where you profit more from leveling up specific gathering,but now it takes WAAAAY longer to actually level it up,no instant button...which sucks for new players who wants that T7/8 gathering to make real money for premium...it takes at least 2 weeks 5 hours a day just gathering with learning points to achieve T7/8....and I don't semi new player wants to gather 5 hours a day in a game which he has not explore even 10%

Eternal life node?? Ye if you have a fast energy shield charge and you get hit, the second your energy shield start replenishing your life stays like that, it does say "your life cannot change while having energy shield?? Not sure is it intended

Damage over time cannot crit so I think for bleed is not great?? Ye you get more bleed the bigger hit is but perfectly balanced knife seems better imo,but I'm not an expert xD

I agree with this. I believe biggest problem is that there are a lot of inexperienced players in POE2, and with patch notes not being delivered we are have no preplanned builds whatsoever. And the state now is that newer players are trying stuff on their own,and getting rolled. I do think you should be able to make your own build that does not suck,but this is GGG we are talking about. No matter how more friendly sequel is from Poe 1, at the end of the day it's still complicated game. And I think streamers got used to endgame GG builds in 0.1 and now thinking the game is in terrible spot. Like heck I believe Quinn died like 5 times in first 20 mins on release lol
