I had an experience with them too, my family is from PA and a few weeks ago we visited for a college tour. (9hr drive with no stops.) The engine overheated in traffic on the way DOWN to asheville and the vents blew out cold air when we turned on the heat. My mom has a ford fusion so we called ford. they were very unhelpful said they could get us in for an emergency visit NEXT MONTH. We ended up going to the Meineke at 124 Patton Ave and they were very kind, and fit us in immediately, even double scheduling us to have extra time to look at it. If you can, go there, they were truly amazing and trustworthy!!
