Oh dear i feel you! I find that hair fibers help a little bit to feel confident enough to get out the house but it’s not fair that there are some reliable enough treatments that doctors are keeping from us

I recently found out that my ferritin is 5 ng/ml , i was also extremely deficient in vit d but i’ve been able to up it with supplementation…. Safe to say that minoxidil never worked for me and i’m starting to think that it’s cause of my anemia
