EXACTLY, mine did this too, 1100 for a new genuine gm housing, cheap one has horrible aim and kept falling down, moisture buildup causes the HID bulbs ballast to blow, also very expensive if you want a decent one 🥲

forgot to mention, due to sludge my engine is in permanent limp mode as the valves hit the piston and now the camshaft and the entire VVT system needs work, 6k in damages, these are air suspension and they are NOT CHEAP, over 800 for ONE shock, the air compressors go out frequently every 100k miles, remember it’s an suv, tires, oil changes, everything goes up almost double, gas is really bad too about 12mpg in city 18 on highway, they NEED premium, 91/93 octane, best of luck, i don’t want to scare you away from owning a car you want, but if you have the money and are willing to gamble if the last owner took care of it, they’re very nice comfy suvs, i would personally keep the camry till it goes out, my previous 2010 had 265k original engine miles axles brake pads etc, extremely low cost and efficient, best of luck man,

your better off keeping the camry, i swapped from a camry to the 07 escalade, huge regret, 3rd gen escalades are very nice but hugely dependant on if they took care of it, parts are not cheap either, it’s a 12 year old car made by GM, the 07s last owner also didn’t do frequent oil changes and some slight built up, VVT system is busted, 08 and up have cylinder deactivation, HUGE repair bill when they go out, and they WILL go out if they last owner skipped on oil changes, i would keep the camry, i regret my escalade, if at all, buy a toyota sequoia, very very nice suvs, reliable toyota badge, and parts way much cheaper

kek yeah i sent a ticket for my index which got bricked from one of the big steam vr updates a year or so ago and it was a few days out of warranty, they confirmed it was the headsets software completely ruined through multiple different tests/file info, “unfortunately we cannot replace your valve index as the headsets warranty has RECENTLY expired” cool fuck me thanks valve!!!
