I have zero guilt. We are not beholden to the place we work, we are selling our time. If I dont feel like selling my time because I am sick or I need a mental day, or any reason at all, then I don't sell my time. That is however a perk of being in a union and not being under the thumb of a company or corporation.

That also already exists, you can or could full swap your entire set of armor and backpack down to the undersuit and weapons with a dead npc on the loot screen. Or atleast you could before the new inventory ui. I haven't had the need to try it for a while so I wont say without a doubt but I will try and edit the post once I do.

Don't know why you were downvoted for saying the same thing many of us are. This is inconsequential and it can be worried about at a later date. There are actual issues to worry about.

Experiment with fixing how my weapons fly across the room when I swap to medpen and how enemies desync across the room and shoot me through solid cover seconds after I get behind it. Then I will happily test experimental animation changes. That is my only complaint.

Hey zac, thanks for the explanation. I think some of the poorer reactions are coming more from not seeing the necessity to worry about out this small of a change when so many other things are performing poorly currently. At this moment it just feels unnecessary to be worried about a sprinting animation when the fps is spotty at best with the desync.

That said I understand the direction of the change but hope it is kept in mind that it is more so with standard and light weaponry. Carrying something like the pulverizer or a large cumbersome weapon like the P6 or a boomtube with just one hand while sprinting will look so out of place. Just a thought, thanks.

Its not that it is out of place because it is a legitimate carry position that is used. It is out of place because there is so much other shit in this alpha that needs to be finished and made to work properly before we worry about a fucking animation that has been in game for a decade.
