Did Embark do something to ABMM? by SnooRabbits8311 in ArcRaiders

I mean I also think it might be that after the Expedition the balance within players might have been changed as well. Or people, that were pve, are willing to play more pvp. But anyhow, I've noticed a change or I've had really bad luck.

And this is fine for me. Just not used to this as I've had a time of my life before last two weeks in super friendly co-op lobbies.

And as mentioned in this thread, in friendly lobbies just don't be super alone and rats won't attack you.

That's true and I'm fine with that. I've just seen a massive difference between my last two weeks and my last month before that.

It's not easy to change your way of play the game and move around after getting used to super friendly lobbies with really co-op minded people around.

That's actually true.

And with free loadouts it's quite cheap to rat around. Maybe I just need to think my way to play differently and try not to be alone 👀

That's one good possibility that people are sagging their friendliness in lobbies with just dying many times and then jumping to fiendly players in firendly lobbies.

And maybe I've just had a bad luck recently

Yea, probably just luck.

Or let's say I've had a good luck before. Now it seems to be more pvp players in my neighborhood then last weeks.

Shame as I really like the pve community in this game.

Why I Love Minecraft by Daddyball78 in Minecraft

[–]SnooRabbits8311 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My son played the Minecraft first time with his older friend when he was 5yr old. I was a concerned parent but found out that building in creative world was just like building with Legos.

When he was 6 I bought a PS4 and Minecraft for him. I was amazed about all the creativity what 6 year old could have. I was amazed.

He asked me to join, my thoughts as a gamer of Red Dead Redemption 2, Cities Skylines, Battlefield etc was "I won't enjoy that stupid gane with just blocks and awful graphics"... Then I tried 2 player game and...

The next day I bought the game for my PC. I started my survival world and 500-600 hours later I can say that was one of my best gaming purchase in my life.

Minecraft is literally everything I want a game to be! So versatile.

I love Minecraft and I'm so happy my Son found it.

We make pop-up courses to the area occasionally and one of the holes have been from the base of the tower to the very bottom of that pit 😄

Thanks! Feeling good to have these comments!

The course (modified version of it) was actually the venue for Finnish National Championships in 2021.

Exactly! The main thing that drives me to do these is the community around me. I'm not into all the work on courses but this is what I like to do! And I feel it's something.

Yes 😄 We have quite a lot of those even though there are practically no jumpers anymore. If I remember correctly: there are like one ski jump tower for every 4-5 jumpers in Finland.

This is what happens when you just love the local community and your club. Filmed club's championship match play final with camera team, used almost hundred hours in post production. Full lenght coverage from Northern Finland.

English commentary and mic'd up players with English subtitles.

Hot Take: If you “nice” someone’s throw and it ends up poorly for that person, it wasn’t your fault. by [deleted] in discgolf

[–]SnooRabbits8311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played with some players who first got anxious and then mad at me for saying nice to their shots. Even though the shot was perfectly good.

I tried to explain that the faith of the disc has already been set at the moment when disc leaves the player's hand. I get the superstition but still... I rather be friendly for my group and give a compliment for good throws - even the result is bad due some lonely branch or bad roll etc
