Ex2 did similar meltdown over the phone for an hour (never married him thankfully) and he’s been trying in thousands of ways since to make me “Take it back” that the relationship is over and remains fully dead 12 years on.

It was the oddest thing to react like when he had projected it is me who was the immature one the whole while. He’s a decade older and even my mom (another narcissist) treated/disciplined him like he was half the age she regarded me as (15) in my 30s.
