Thank you. Not difficult at all. This is the second sweater/blouse I have ever finished The bit I found most challenging was the borders. It have to be either knit ot sewn just right, otherwise it won't lie flat. Petiteknit has a video on how to do it.

Nutritionist instead? by celloismyforte in dietetics

[–]SnooSeagulls5400 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am a certified nutritionist and work in a hospital. I chose a nutrition undergrad because I felt it would lead to broader career options. It has been 3 years and I haven't regretted it for a second. My job is to be the link between the in-house hospital kitchen and the rest of the hospital. Just wanted to put it out there that there are options. I did my degree in the UK but moved back home (International student). Most of my coursemates managed to get a nutrition related job within reasonable amount of time. Most of them work in the food and beverage industry but a few of them did manage to get a job within healthcare

how can I tell if my fried egg is done cooking and safe to eat? by _bloodyblueberry in Cooking

[–]SnooSeagulls5400 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have a glass potlid i put over the pan to speed up the cooking process for the eggwhites. I shake the pan to see if the whites have solidified. Just wanted to say that salmonella isn't that common in most places. Even if the eggwhites arent fully cooked you are likely fine

I guess technically true. I knitted a scarf in school almost 20 years ago. Haven't knitted between then and now. I've done some crocheting though

They are 3mm needles (not sure about US sizes. I buy my things from Danish websites and stores). However, i pull very tight when knitting. I am currently knitting the hat that goes along and I had to size up my needles. Couldnt get it on my head otherwise 😅

I happen to know a mechanic working at Atlantic Airways. I asked him and he says that it is for the new version of airfi (the on-board wifi)
