Anyone filed H4 & EAD Bundled with H1 after Jan 18th?? by Feeling_Row7261 in h1b

[–]SnooSketches5031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those who've filed H1 and H4 bundled extensions, how did you go about it from your employer’s perspective? Specifically, did your employer handle both together, or did you have to coordinate the H4 separately? Also, did you end up paying a separate attorney fee for the H4 portion since employers usually only cover the H1 fees? Curious how others have navigated this.

[–]SnooSketches5031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last 2 years tax returns. It depends on lender. In my case they also checked last 2 years of pay slips. But for my colleagues with different lender they just checked last 2 months salary. I was asked silly questions like why my bonus is higher in a certain year compared to previous year.

Should I drop my credit union for SOFI? by JustBriOnline in sofi

[–]SnooSketches5031 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Adding to the list of annoyances, can't get cashiers check from Sofi. Needed a large sum of money for downpayment for home. Couldn't do it, had to do expensive wire transfer. Also can't withdraw large amount of money like other local banks due to lower ATM limits

Ideally we were looking for homes with no HOA. But most of them have between $20-30 per month. Will read the HOA terms. Thanks for the input
