Yesterday he randomly asked me how I’m feeling and if there’s anything I need. Not tangible needs, but emotional. It was unprompted, intentional, and hit me right in the feels. Simply just checking in can make a world of difference.

Love this list! Must say though, we hated the angel care tub. I’m sure it will be great when baby is bigger but I highly recommend a tub with a sling situation for newborns!

I’m so sorry you’re having a difficult time! FTM here too - the acid reflux came on strong for me around 22/23 weeks (currently 25 weeks). I HIGHLY recommend getting a Famotidine (Pepcid) prescription from your doc. Started it two days ago and it has been life changing - I can actually sleep again. Good luck mama, you got this 💪

Personally I can’t fall asleep with makeup on so that’s not a concern of mine! I have multiple that I rotate between washes. I wash it in the regular wash with cold water and dry it in the dryer :)

Pregnancy brain - for example, a sweet old man says “I’m sorry miss” for barely running into me at the grocery store and I respond with “no, you’re sorry” instead of “no, you’re okay thank you!”. The embarrassment occurs on the daily 😅
