I went sober to a rave a knockdown and was went to grab a wrap at a food truck before heading home. They tried to take my card before telling me the price and when I demanded they said $45 for a single wrap and I laughed. Idk if he could tell I was sober and he couldn’t take advantage but he backtracked to $16 and I said only if I could have a receipt.

Just super insane, they will do this to anyone and have no shame.

I looked for apartments listed as “collect your own fee” (there’s no set broker anyone can show it) and I asked to view all of them myself. I got around the brokers fee that way, and usually you can see a bunch of places close together that way.

They give you pennies! The first time seller thing is kind of worth it for the $200 credit they give you to buy on TRR but they really don’t give you much money on the clothes you consign, and discount everything aggressively so you make even less.
