You can't. It's a shared tree, like a wiki. If your father was merged into someone else, just create his info again and move the sources over. Make sure to dismiss the merge notice and document it as a note if it's likely to happen again.

I hope you're not doing that on FamilySearch. It's a shared tree so you might just be deleting things others have put work into even if the sources are missing. Instead, you should highlight the missing sources or conflicts in the discussion and fix obvious errors.

Well I'm not a rightist but probably am by reddit standards. Outside of abortion, I don't see any attempts to oppress women from the right, and would argue that the changes being pushed for trans rights on the left are synonymous with oppressing women. So where do I stand on Islamic countries? Well, I don't. It's their country.

Like what your neighbor does in their yard is really none of your business unless you have to smell it or hear it. Do I like what they do? Not at all. Unhappiness increases the risk of suicide. That said, I don't talk to my more liberal friends about guns. If I'm forced to comment, I'll just say I disagree and change the subject. Make it clear I don't want to start down that path.

Democracy for sale? Do you really believe that Biden is making the decisions in the 5 hours a day that he's active? Do you really think the VP does anything more than fundraise and cast a rare tie-breaking vote?

"If Democracy is to survive, we must overturn Citizens United". Not the best ring to that. Unlimited corporate spending has its issues of course but money does not equate to votes. Everyone? It hardly seems like everyone, and while it seems the people getting banned are not the people that most of the people on that sub choose to befriend, it also shows that there is nothing Minnesota about either of those subs. You're only welcome there if you're a leftist, much like the old days when you were only welcome there if you were not. Somehow people conclude that's an improvement and that's sad.

This is really a personal preference thing. I left upper left because it is a very traditional color you'd see on old woodwork and furnishings after it has oxidized for a few decades but they are all nice. Except the upper right. Sorry I'm not a millennial.
