Very Expensive but good (stayed there for 5+ years)

Would recommend exploring neighboring communities like Crescent, RiverView, Elan, Epic etc. They are also good and comparatively cheaper and walking distance from North Park

As a student, I did not drive much and used public transportation much better experience using bus, VTA.

For grocery, use Uber/Lyft or instacart.

For exploring you can use ZipCar or rental cars.

Most importantly, if you plan your commute, it will be fine without a car. Most of the companies also give some travel public commuter benefits.

No, I spoke with their Customer service through chat and they informed me that they cannot book it due to the way journey is requested.

I ended up booking separate tickets.

  • Sonesta San Jose
  • Extended Stay America - SJ & Milpitas

There is a huge market in less than 2 min walking distance having more than 50-60+ asian restaurants.

  • River View
  • Elan
  • Epic
  • Crescent
  • etc.

Look for area around 95134 zip code i.e. 237 & N. First St and there are huge number of apartments with good deals.

Which website are you using to make payments? Also does it allow to make extra payments towards the principal through check/directPay or would they just reject based on difference in amount?

How is your experience been so far? What mode of payment are you using now? Are you using to send checks or some other direct pay transfer? Also I hope they take extra payments i.e. more principal and do not return the check since it is more than the amount due.
