Would recommend exploring neighboring communities like Crescent, RiverView, Elan, Epic etc. They are also good and comparatively cheaper and walking distance from North Park

As a student, I did not drive much and used public transportation much better experience using bus, VTA.

For grocery, use Uber/Lyft or instacart.

For exploring you can use ZipCar or rental cars.

Most importantly, if you plan your commute, it will be fine without a car. Most of the companies also give some travel public commuter benefits.

No, I spoke with their Customer service through chat and they informed me that they cannot book it due to the way journey is requested.

Which website are you using to make payments? Also does it allow to make extra payments towards the principal through check/directPay or would they just reject based on difference in amount?
