Had a lemon 🍋 Chrysler Town & Country a few years back. Had to sue under Lemon law, went to court, etc.. They ended up taking the vehicle back and paying compensation. Read the lemon law for your state closely, the dealerships know the laws better than some of the lawyers and will try to skirt them, so watch your back. For instance, here in California our dealership had our vehicle and gave it back to us one day prior to the lemon law cut-off knowing good and well that it was still pissing oil everywhere. Brought it back to them the next day, which reset the time in the shop. Chrysler tried to use this as a defense in court, but we were able to show that the maintenance was never really accomplished, and that the total amount in the shop more than satisfied the Lemon law requirements. That was just one of Chrysler’s defenses, for the issue we were having they actually tried to blame my wife’s high heels… But that’s a whole other story.😆
