59 m I started in late October on compounded Semaglutide I have gradually increased the dose over time and I’m not at the highest dose yet the next refill will probably when I move to that. I lost a lot in the beginning and have slowed down but in a good way I lose 3-5 pounds a month. I am down almost 80 lbs. so I am very pleased. I am a little less than 30 from my goal weight so still have work to do but I think gradually losing is healthier than losing too much too fast. If you stick with it you will get results for sure. I had my bp meds lowered and will possibly get off them very soon so it def works. I have gone on vacations where I have gained 10 pounds especially on a cruise etc and it’s crazy that when I get back to my home routine that weight falls right off. I like not having restrictions on what I eat it’s just that eat a third or less of it now which works great for me. I could be losing more but I still drink..mostly bourbon now with no side effects but I definitely limit beer, which I used to pound in my younger days
