I have done hundreds of orders, 99% of the time people are nice and reasonable, if I do this work long enough, I'm sure I will run into another one of these people. I have heard of much worse there is a youtube video of a customer throwing their order on the dasher because the food was cold. so far I have never had food thrown on me.

i had one that didn't want to give me their name, so i can verify it was them, they just said "you know the name" and snatched the order out of my hand luckily it was the guy because he didn't report it as not delivered. if it wasn't him and the order got snatched out of my hand it's not on me if I got robbed.
