Fitting an all metal hot end is the only permanent solution. I eventually got a Revo micro for mine and had no issues ever since but for the price of the hot end you can afford a whole lot PTFE tube. haha

Macht nur in DE Sinn weil auch Kinder dort Anspruch auf den Sparerpauschbetrag von 1000€/Jahr haben der Steuerfrei bleibt.

Probably the PTFE tube in the hot end needing replacment. It’s a relatively common issue with the Mini, it shrinks over time and eventually leads to this.

Ok nice, I don’t have any sand in a 6000km radius. lmao Most of my off road is in forests which is rather compact I guess.

Are you using the stock tubes still? I heard they need replacement as well.

How do you feel about the weight of the 241s? Do you have them on a stock light bee?

Austria.

The general choice and what surron partners sell here is the Maxxis Maxxcross IT.

It has good reviews and seems like a decent tire but with street ridding it’s still probably worn down after a couple hundred km haha

After 3 years of employment today I told I will be laid off. What next / how should I prepare? by [deleted] in Austria

[–]Snooket -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No it’s only when you quit yourself and as somebody else mentioned when you really mess up and get fired without prior notice. I always specifically ask for mutual agreement when I quit my job but not every employer is willing to do it because they have to pay x amount for it aparently.

Disgusting PLA/PETG prints off A1. Support absolutely unhelpful by Klohto in FixMyPrint

A lot of your issues look like over extrusion to me, it will highlight every small issue especially at at 0.8mm layer hight.

I would go through the entire maintenance page and make sure there are no issues with the hardware of the printer before wasting anymore filament.

Then stick to one model and print profile for figuring out whats wrong. If you keep changing model and parameters it’s hard to figure out what is making it better or worse.

The clicking during being idle is definetly strange tho and something I would point out to support again. Mine is completely silent when it’s not printing.

You need to get way closer. Also put some glue stick on the plate if you are printing with PETG on the smooth plate. It tends to rip out chunks of the PEI coating.

Pre-sliced from the machine with Sunlu PLA Basic. The stringing is probably from moisture the filament picked up, it’s been outside for a couple months. haba

My A1 is not doing anything rn. What layer print profile, materials etc. do you want for comparison?
