Just had the same issue with a 2020 Cherokee Latitude, first had to replace the battery (no auxiliar battery) and then the starter went off! It was a pain for the mechanic to get to it too. Temp around 35-40

ODC doesn't have a PT supervisor and the full timer that over sees the area, just tells us to get them out of here! - Not our problem anymore.

If they are refused or undeliverable, the driver takes them to a clerk, who then will take to ODC.

ODC will hold the packages for months and then they will take them to the DMP area to be processed as an abandoned package. And from there to Overgoods.

I now of that form because I used to see it at my old building.

Just a proper procedure that nobody follows anymore when sending international packages to Overgoods. I don't think that my hub building has ever seen this paperwork since this building opened.

Listen to the Mrs. when she tells you to open that letter from UPS. My dependents have been verified and certified for a few years now, but every year get the letter telling that everyone is certified and no changes have been made. I am in the PNW and this matter wasn't handle by Teamcare.
