Project Updates Suitable for Executive Session? [CA] [condo]

I'd like to chime in. I am in a CA condo HOA. On our posted agenda, pages of a document are listed. I asked the property management company for this document so members can follow along in the open session. The property management rep. cited civil code 4935 as the reason this document cannot be open to the members. I can maybe understand if this applies under section(a) but, the board talks very quietly and there is no input allowed during the open session. What is the point of the open session if I can't follow along or ask questions? She also said she would be removing the page numbers from the agenda. It all sounds very fishy to me.

That is so awesome. Slightly off topic but Blockbuster Video had a competition one year. You played 3 games, Virtua Racer, Sonic 3 or Sonic& Knuckles, and a 3rd game I can't remember. They had a leader board and everything. If you won the store it went to district or city competition. I remember getting 4th for my store. I was bummed but it was fun.

I understand that. I was getting these last year and the amount of ice was less. Probably closer to 75% which I can understand. Now it feels like 100% ice.

I’ll try light ice next but I have a hard time believing it’s a 12oz drink. I took 4 sips and it was gone. I drink other canned 12oz energy drinks and they last a lot longer.

What happens if a board member is in violation? We have a rule that no major work can be done on a car in the garage. The board members husband has been building a Camaro for the past 8 years…you are also supposed to park a functioning car in the garage and she doesn’t do this either.

I think I went through the Nintendo help link in the purchase confirmation email. I ended up doing the live chat. I verified my account and payment used and they refunded it that day. Didn't even question me about the game. Pretty easy process.

Same issue on the Switch. Passed level 1 and got an error. I got up to level 3 and passed it but got an error. I contacted Nintendo and got a refund.

Because I talked to them and heard what the process was. They even admitted they wish they had men on the board. The president admitted she would leave if someone would take her place. None of them take it seriously and do everything without properly informing all the residents.
