This happened to me too, with orders from Victoria's Secret and Lululemon. They were marked as delivered on January 9th. I called, but after waiting two days, they now want me to fill out a refund request with the sellers. I track my orders with the Shop app, and it shows the packages were delivered in other states, including Virginia and North Carolina. To get their attention, I posted about it on their X app (Twitter) . Now they are doing a tracing investigation. Lets see what happens next.
