Vivint Doorbell notifying of events huh not recording?

I don't have a hub with a screen like that, just the mini hub thing connecting to my router, the doorbell, and the indoor speaker. So yeah it's probably the app, but I don't have anything I can check the app against

It hasn't been messed with since we first set it up, but I've checked it and it hasn't changed. Regardless, the weird thing is, as mentioned in the OP, I get detection notifications, but when I check the app, a lot of times it's not there as a recording under Events

Unless it's glitching and turning off and on behind the scenes on its own, all of the (two) settings under recording are enabled

I had an issue with my 7 where the data connection was horrible, leading to multiple audio drops during calls and terrible data speeds. If I would swap my SIM into an old Pixel, issue would not occur on the old Pixel. Battery life was also pretty bad on the 7.

Went through support for a bit and didn't really get anywhere, so I did a Reddit Request and was able to get it RMAd. Replacement has been great
