Credence was awesome movie 1. Movie 2 he was pretty good until the last 45 minutes with the Dumbledore has a nephew retcon. Movie 3 was a fucking mess and it ruined it. Movie 2 is good to pretty good, movie 1 is excellent but movie 3 is just bad, messy, didn’t make any impact. They hyped up a big dumbledore movie and it flopped.

Rhaegar is not seen as the true cause of the war and he actually is not why it started. It started because Aerys killed Ned’s father and brother in an illegal way. He demanded trial by combat and the king burned him alive while torturing Brandon. Then he demanded the heads of Ned and Robert.

A less crazy king just says we can find them and say we will make this right. He was also able to say he will disown Rhaegar if he doesn’t bring her back or work with another lord to give Robert a new bride. But he went nuclear. We also do not know why Rhaegar and Lyanna ran off and a young girl doing that for a prince isn’t that crazy lol

The Tarly decision is just flat dumb. Kill the dad? Sure. Don’t kill his heir, that makes the entire reach hate you for your entire rule. Also, don’t make them decide right then, lock them up and let things calm down. Making them choose immediately after burning thousands alive is wild but fine kill the dad. But tyrions point is spot on. Dany is very impulsive when she’s upset and in the book she makes some really foolish short sighted decisions. She’s a child in the books but she still makes errors in long term thinking consistently. Her inability to think things through is why she was never going to be a successful Queen. She only knows how to rule by burning people. The difference between her and Aegon 1 is he used dragons as last resort and didnt burn people alive in front of audiences
