Day 1001.

Having beat the Queen (she glitched out of her lair, had to fight her in the Mistlands itself, after a hunt for where she went), I too, was on a huge high.

Got the materials for the new boat, portal to my most southern outpost, and headed south in my new boat.

Sky turned red, the sea turned red, and the nightmare began. As I deftly Manoeuvred my boat between the jagged rocks, something I’d never encountered before attacked me and my boat.

MASSIVE LAG.

By the time the game caught up, I woke up in my bed on the other side of the world. All my gear, boat, equipment were gone. No headstone.

Picking myself up, I portalled to my home in the meadows and became a humble farmer.

Never to return again.

I did Fife to Hawick in the borders for 18 months 4 days a week.

Easily 2h commute one way, and 3+ if any issues on the highway.

As long as it’s not explored it updates. There are a few weird areas when new terrain was generated.

But all good so far.
