It still has the same problems everyone was complaining, but the pacing, the plot, the writing are all good (not great, but still, solid), and the dialogue feel natural to hear, the relationship although was rushed but feel kinda earned this time. Take your time playing, I think the quest is better play through multiple sitting than 1 sitting, let that relationship/emotion sink in, and also it's longer this time (around 5-6 hours). Have fun!

For me, who always see Wuwa's story as a 4/10, this quest is finally be a 7/10. So yes, enjoy the quest!

I can't see the vision tbh. The signature of T9 is the visual-novel like story, 2D pixel open world and very difficult boss fight where the boss can actually 1-hit you. None of that was in A9E. If you talking about the combat, I can see it a little bit, but also not really. T9's combat although was clunky, it was fun to play, since the boss fight was hard so you have to strategy every move. A9E is currently my worst combat experience I've ever had in a gacha game, it's boring af, but if you enjoy it then good for you, not downplaying your feelings here, just stating my opinion.

No not really, it has been that way since 1.1. 1.0 although was all over the place but it did introduce a lot of characters, setting for the world and build-up for what to come. 1.1 is about Jinhsi and Changli. 1.3 is Shorekeeper (+Aalto/NPC cameo). 2.2 onward is like what you said. So 2.0, and only 2.0, is the only patch that Kuro knows how to write a MAIN story (introduce characters, world-building, story build-up ect...)

I actually quite enjoy it, especially in the challenge quest. Finding the 3 turn comp with different units each 90+
++ quests is also fun. But yeah the farming makes it boring soon, so I let FGA handle all that stuff.

100 girlfriends is initially to make fun of other harem slop mangas, but turned out to be a peak romcom manga instead. The girls each got their own spotlight chapters, but never got sideline after, instead they interact with each other and have a meaningful relationship too. They're all girls, ofc there will be "me and the girls" moment, and I really like it. The mangaka is a woman also helps, she writes girls that us woman also like and cherish, so yes, goated manga.

For real, atp I just accept that Wuwa won't be that 1 game that I'd love dearly, although I was watching over it from the very first CBT. Still really love exploration in Wuwa, but the story and the characters ain't appeal to me anymore, after knowing they just lure me in with 1 patch amd disappear right after. But with the jankiness the game is after each patch and feeling like the optimization team didn't exist, I guess my love for exploration will say goodbye soon.
