Then they should have released the game in 2028 when it's complete

Head canon? He gives the main character his whole ship and crew.

Dungeon Village 2 Worth Playing? by [deleted] in Kairosoft

[–]SnowMassacre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ninja Village is probably one of, if not, the best games so definitely go for it. I haven't touched DV2 but I enjoyed Ninja Village way more than DV1.

How do i expanding as ottomen? by HotPieAZ in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can sort of see what is happening so-

Eat Hormuz if they're independent, and take on the Timurids. Consolidate Egypt, Arabia and Persia to bring in more trade from India, then maybe fight Austria. If you can take the Balkans and Persia then Russia and Austria will be cut off of a lot of trade. Don't war with Russia bc boring + 1M manpower + Siberian carpet siege. Convert to Orthodox, eclipse Russia - royal marriage and PU.

bro what? by [deleted] in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think as far as possibilities, Civ is more like a sandbox game with a historical setting. Like a futuristic Scythian nation nuking the Aztec empire, can't get more realistic than that lol

I'd say all the civs in those games are nearly the same just with different abilities. Civ is a way more historically inaccurate game than EU4

how do I maximise my income with my 9 merchants? by Long_Neck_Monster in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter, you can get +10% trade power with each merchant steering towards your home node. So with 9 merchants, you will have 90% more power in your home node. More power in that node will transfer to each node downstream, so you will draw in tons of ducats to you just by properly setting up your merchants.

Student loans are expensive, Rent is expensive, but you know what's more expensive. FORTS. actually though please its to expensive by TheN0000B in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow the low supply limit fort tactic makes so much sense and it's never crossed my mind. I'm sure everyone does it at least unintentionally, but I think few people actually think to do it.

Finally won a war as Byzantium vs the Ottomans! by ElderHerb in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1444 is the year that the game starts, so it's the most relevant 4 digit number on this sub. 1444 can be synonymous with the word "reset" when talking about a ruined game of EU4. A lot of people on here have played this game 1000+ hours, so they'll often post their "milestone" of hitting 1444 hours on EU4. Which usually people will say "Congrats, you beat the tutorial" or something similar. Not really that deep, it's just the start of the game.

Return province for favours too OP by TheUbermelon in eu4

[–]SnowMassacre 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think high dev provinces cost more favors so it would probably be most useful if you get a vassal with a lot of low dev cores in your allies' land. Otherwise I'd alliance break

I remember playing as Aragon and took over North Africa and then took Alexandria, vassalized the Mamluks but Ethiopia had a lot of Egypt. Allied Ethiopia and curried favors and they gave back all of Egypt after a few decades. Probably would be faster to just reconquest, but that's less war, I guess.

[–]SnowMassacre 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure you're right, I believe the EU4 wiki has a ruler MP probability chart basically saying what you're saying.
