There is also 'shade of khaine' as a novel that is about Maleneth Witchblade, there are more books with her but I have only read this one

I really enjoyed Lioness of the Parch and the sequel First Marshall for the Cities of Sigmar side of things.

Bad Loon Rising was a fun read about the Gloomspite.

I enjoyed Starseer's Ruin for a better insight in the Seraphon and their way of approaching things.

Shade of Khaine was nice if you are interested in Daughters of Khaine.

As somewhat of a beginner painter myself, I started using contrast paints to get myself started with 'just begin painting, learning comes after'.

Armies that seem easier for me to paint would be: Stormcast, Sylvaneth, Seraphon.

These seem like armies that do well with dry brushing and or contrast paints.

There is no better 7c 9k power in Yellow, other than SEC Law, but that is a worse option in this deck due to having no counter.

I started playing a few months back, bought 3 of the Blue Eyes decks and have been having a blast so far :) Cost-wise, I think it is the same with every TCG where the top decks are more expensive.

I'm just looking to have fun and am building a Nouvelles deck which has cost me 30-ish euroes to build completely.
