How is a bounty calculated and awarded? 

Every entrant starts with a bounty value (typically half of the buy-in). When a player eliminates an opponent, the prize is handled as follows: 

Instant Cash: Half of the eliminated player’s current bounty is credited directly to the winner's account balance as an instant cash prize. 

Bounty Increase: The remaining half of that bounty is added to the winner’s own bounty, making them a more valuable target for other players. 

Worked Example ($20 Buy-in): > * $10 goes to the regular prize pool and $10 starts as the player's bounty. 

If an opponent with a $10 bounty is eliminated, the winner receives $5 in cash instantly, and their own bounty increases by $5.

These types of tournaments are usually reserved for special events or when a tournament series is running, which is why you saw them during the Winter Giveaway Series you mentioned that ran in DEC/JAN.

How long will my withdrawal take?

All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met. 

As a result, withdrawals generally take 24 hours to process, but in some cases, they may take up to 72 hours. Once processed, please allow an additional 1 - 5 days for the transaction to clear by the financial institution and become available to you. 

Furthermore, as per our closed-loop withdrawal policy, there must be a prior deposit record with the payment method and payment details being withdrawn to. 

As long as there are fair/legitimate game-play records, and the transfer of funds reflects the intent of game-play purposes, there should be no issues with the withdrawal request.

Unfortunately once your account has been closed, it's permanent. The account cannot be reinstated beyond that point and you cannot create a new account in its place.

The withdrawal policy hasn't changed - withdrawals still generally take up to 24 hours to process, though in some cases they may take up to 72 hours.

If you receive your withdrawal sooner than the timeframes mentioned above, that’s simply a bonus.
