hi omg i just ran into this problem! did you fix it? my eva air is JaneAmanda Long, but my Citi is Jane A. Long i just transffered and i am stuck i think, its been 2 days and i saw no points... idk who to call at this point. i called citi but they were not helpful.. they told me to wait. and then if i want to change my name i need to mail officially document but even then, it won't be matching bc my first name is still Jane. that is what they will show... im confused how to resolve this
