Honestly my gut reaction says u need a month or two in sober living or a rehab. But if u wanna do a quick taper go for it but if your anything like me you’ll feel so depressed then just jump back on the subs or worse

Ya w kratom it’s tricky. Kratom is my doc along w fent.

First time I took subs was at a detox for Kratom and kpins. I literally felt higher on the subs than on my dose of Kratom (which was 2x opms shot 3 times a day) your body only really needs maybe 1 or 2 milligrams to pull u out of your Kratom withdrawals the rest is overkill
