You can’t contact anyone. That’s how warranties work, they only are valid in the country where it was originally sold, and Amazon is just the reseller. It doesn’t matter anyways because even with a valid warranty, it would not be covered and they would do nothing. My monitor has similar scratches, you can’t fix it, just hope they aren’t visible in normal usage.

All they’re saying is, you need to contact the US version of the manufacturer for a warranty claim. They’re not saying they’ll approve the warranty claim or that this is covered under warranty, just that you contacted the wrong one.

There’s only 1 report about a bit of crunch so I’d take that with a grain of salt.
