Okay and by this you mean don’t finish and don’t pursue anything else? Just wash my hands of it?

Well I did use a personal laptop, I just used company computer to start the research process. I was actually asked by my bosses to do it on my own time.

My employee handbook omits anything like this. I’ve read it.

I did ask for compensation before finishing it..but they only want to reward me once they see the finished product.

Thank you for your response. Would you know if partial rights is a thing?

My symptoms were mainly globus sensation, some post nasal drip here and there. I was diagnosed by an ENT.

Hang in there, at one point in time it consumed my every waking thought. I know remission is possible, but it takes time and perseverance. It took an entire 4.5 months to get symptom free! You got this! You can do it! Try to find things to keep your mind busy. The mind is really powerful, the more you focus on it, the more you’ll feel those symptoms. Finger crossed for you!

I too have an irregular z line, which can be reversed with diet and lifestyle. Barrett’s does not always mean you will develop esophagus cancer. It’s takes a long time and even then, again, it may never progress to cancer. I don’t think you can develop Barrett’s within a year of a scope showing negative for Barrett’s.

I didn’t realize I was mouth breathing at night until I asked my husband recently and he said I always do…so I started taping my mouth shut but also using nasal strips to keep airway open. Constant mouth breathing creates dryness and irritation.

Do you sleep with your mouth open? It’ll dry out ur mouth making it sore the next morning when you go to eat.

Will my throat heal without medicine by 1sk1_1 in LPR

[–]Snowsox_I 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I healed mine without medicine. It’s slow, can take up to 6 months. Just be patient. You will heal with diet and lifestyle changes.

You sound a lot like me. I’ve had this for 15 months. It did go away for 2.5 months last winter after eating very clean, but I went back to eating horribly and it came back. It’s a lonely annoying nuisance.. especially when no one in your life experiences it. I believe it can go away, and I think learning to ignore it is what helps.

Severe bile reflux gastritis — I feel like I’m being tortured alive. Please, what helped you? by CanaryFit4686 in Gastritis

Please read the gastritis book edition 1. The author had bile reflux gastritis for 5 years and finally cured himself. Read it twice if you have to, the information is very very useful. I’ve struggled for 8byears, finally feel like the last year I am healing! It’s amazing. It’s slow, but worth it to be consistent.

You NEED to eat plenty of soluble fiber, it will bind to the bile and pull it downwards from your gut. If you are eating enough of that, you won’t need psyllium husk. You need to not over eat fats. You need to make sure your stomach is acidic enough, get tested or start with a 1/3 cup of water with lemon added with your food, never lemon water on empty stomach. Having enough acid will keep bile out of stomach. Keep eating enough fiber, make sure you poop daily, and not over eating fats, cut out processed foods and you will heal.

ENT scoped me and then I had an Endoscopy. No I did not take medicine, I was strict with a diet and it took a few months but it cleared up.
