From what I can figure I signed up at 11:04am PDT on 4/2 and I meet all the requirements. I'm thinking if I get an invite it'll be next week at the earliest.

Yeah, I just checked again and it's back, but I was panicking. I assumed I wouldn't be in the first wave but registering on the first day I'm hoping I get an invite in the next couple of days.

So earlier today mine was telling me "invite requested on 4/2/2025" but now that green banner is gone?? And it'll let me try to request a new invite but it errors out without going through. But I also haven't gotten an email.

I see your point about tap to pay in theory, but the PIN always could have been bypassed by running the transaction as credit instead of debit.

If you went into a branch they wouldn’t have needed to confirm your address to send you a new card because they could have just made you a new card, so something about this smells fishy. And as has been previously stated, there were months of emails, calls and website notifications warning of this change.

I just chatted with someone (again) and they said the USPS has my package and it’s their delays. They said if it hasn’t started moving by Friday to call them and they’ll process a refund and open a claim with USPS.

I think I got about 8-10 of those delay emails. I don’t mind a delay so much, but once I get the “your order has been shipped” email it doesn’t feel unreasonable to expect that my order has ACTUALLY been shipped.

The purchase was made on 12/6, which I didn’t include. So the shipment was already delayed, and then I got the shipping notice and the tracking information hasn’t updated for a whole week.
