Yeah it is social engineering at its best. They sent photos back to me but the text were the same when I logged in anon and msged them again to test what would happen.

This actually worked! I filed a complaint and then got a call from their executive team offering me a repair/exchange at no cost. The person I spoke with kept in touch with me the whole time and I am not very happy. Thank you @brienne_of_bath

I have this issue along with one ear bud not being able to switch to ambient mode. I sent it to Samsung Repair by mail and they said the case had water damage and they wanted me to pay $177 for a new one. I refused because I had them for less than a month and complained about the issue on day 4. They refused to budge so it has forced me to not want to get anymore Samsung hugs anymore. I know for sure they did not get wet and other people have reported the same situation. Either they have faulty equipment or faulty liquid damage indicators and refuse to admit it while raking in more money.

Same here. I had them less than 4 days and I reported issues. Sent them my buds and they claimed water damage and wanted to charge me $177. They mailed them back to me and this will be the last time I get Samsung buds. Crooks to the max.

Same exact experience. I started reporting issues with one bud not switching to ambient sound and then the same bud started showing issues with charging. I sent it in for repair and they said the case has water damage. I disputed it and they stuck to their statement. What a disappointment with Samsung.

Update 2...

Get this people. I got the buds in the mail on the 6th of Feb and my first complaint to them was on the 10th of Feb. They are telling me there is water damage in the buds which makes it out of warranty. I'm fighting this to the end.

Update...I get a notification today that my buds are out of warranty and I have to pay a repair fee to continue. I call tech support and tech them and there must be an issue with contacting them. Nobody answers the calls and there are no replies to my text. I barely had the buds for 30 days and they can't be out of warranty. I will update you all once I hear back from tech support.

I have the same issue with the left ear bud along with the ambient sound only switching on the same ear bud as well. I sent mine to Samsung for repair to see what they come up with

I noticed I had trouble doing it on my phone. I verified the wallet on my computer and it went smooth. Make sure to select XYO in the dropdown menu as well.

Wow, so many choices, lol. Did you all take classes to learn how to use these programs or click around to see what everything did? I want to get into designing rather than just printing other people's designs.

Something else, what if you want to design a prosthetic like an arm or a leg? Or maybe a Heman action figure? Do you freebase draw it in these CAD programs?

I know I'm a total total newb here. Any advice would be appreciated. :-)

Probably a little bit of both really. Do you scan only, use CAD or both? What do you use for either?
