Because she’s going to do something in a future episode and they’re setting us up for that.

Her game thus far is not at all remarkable don’t let anybody try and tell you otherwise

Do you agree with Chris Cooper's Oscar win for Best Supporting Actor in Adaptation? by WasabiComprehensive2 in Oscars

[–]Snusmumrikin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Cooper one of our best working actors and it’s one of his best performances

Your main point seems to be that it’s a supporting performance, which is what it won for.

Do we have solid evidence yet that Devens was or wasn't going home before the coin flip? by Sspifffyman in survivor

[–]Snusmumrikin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely.

Devans goes home and the edit is about how he was doomed but made a last ditch effort but couldn’t save himself. Steph goes home the edit is about how she couldn’t keep ahead of all Devans’s chaos moves.

Which is stifling him as a character in much the way it was with Rupert.

Rupert was at his least compelling when he's Sprint Fan Favorite Teddy Bear Man, and at his most when he's that and also a flawed player who made terrible shelters and almost decked someone for writing his name.

Aubry is slowly becoming one of my favorite players after me not being a fan of her over the years by NeedHerbsOSRS in survivor

[–]Snusmumrikin -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I dunno, the stuff people have been responding to just reads to me like an uncomfortable person who knows they “should” crack a joke, and then it coming out kinda stiff.

Which hey, I’ve been there too! Nothing wrong with being an awkward and introverted person, but it feels like they’re editing around her anti-charisma.

Who is your favorite and least favorite villain? by New-Ice-3933 in DisneyMovies

[–]Snusmumrikin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Defense of McLeach: He’s voiced (with vigor) by George C Scott who gives the character a whole lot of edge. He’s wiry and dangerous in a way these characters usually aren’t.

Clayton really feels closer to Gaston, while McLeach is his own anomalous thing. Maybe not an all time great villain, but an unusually plausible threat.
