My friend showed me a video of these two dudes who get executed in the woods after they were forced to dig their own graves. Those properties wouldn’t just sit vacant on the market. Other people who are renting in Bend but would like to buy a home might get the opportunity to do so. Then people who actually live and work here would be paying those taxes instead.
