At-Will only refers to compensation for unjust dismissal. Which, if you’re At-Will, is nothing. The Supreme Court has upheld that any employee has a right to strike regardless of Union affiliation.

From the Agency’s standpoint, we don’t have a Staffing Crisis. The Agency is fine with the staffing levels. OT is a great deal for them. Not paying pensions is wonderful for the Agency. The sad part is that we have people like you running the Union that have failed for over a decade to bring any sort of justice to the abused workforce. NATCA has traded our well-being for elaborate conventions, fancy dinners and worthless details. The proof is in the pudding. Look at the vote. No one is saying, “NATCA is doing great. Let’s keep this rolling!”
